My BMI is 21, I'm 48 years old, running Low Carb (ie Keto-Fastosis) for 3 weeks to burn my Belly Fat (Visceral Fat). I got 3 kgs weight loss, but the Belly Fat seems did not reduce. I exercise regularly and also do Abdominal Gymnastics 5 times in a week, plus I intend to gain some lean mass too.
